A verified PrimeCaptain account helps us to authenticate the identity of our genuine user playing on our PrimeCaptain gaming platform.
It is to ensure the fair playing policy of PrimeCaptain and to also avoid to unauthorized transaction and activities which may breach the compliance set by company and government. We may verify your identity in three ways,
• When asked, enter your valid mobile number, you will receive an OTP for verification. Enter the correct OTP received on the given mobile number and verify your mobile number.
• When asked, enter the correct mail id, you will receive OTP on the given Mail ID, enter the correct OTP to verify your mail-id.
• After your email and mobile verification, you are required to verify your PAN card details on our platform.
• Enter the correct PAN number and fill the details as asked in the PAN card verification form then click on the verify button.
• Next Upload a clear picture of front side of your PAN card showing your PAN card details and your photo .
• In case your PAN details are incorrect it will decline and you will receive a message on a registered mobile number with the reason for declining your PAN card and correction required.
• Click on the BANK.
• Fill the details asked in the Bank verification form.
• Do not forget to upload a clear picture of the front page of your Passbook, or a cancelled check, or online bank statement.
• Ensure that each of your details of Bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name is visible on the Photo and is same as filled in the form.
• Click "Submit".
Note: No Email ID & Contact number can be changed if the first transaction has been made.
Your Account will then be sent for verification and will be verified within next 24 working hours after receiving account verification request. In case the outcome of the account verification process is negative and needs your attention then our team will communicate via email or text to you guiding you with further steps. We also want to let our users know that verification of your account is mandatory process for all users. We hold all rights to audit your accounts as and when required for compliance purpose hence we request users to co-operate.
