• We clearly mentioned each contest winner's applicable payouts and immediately processed & credited to the User's account.
• Each match scores are obtained from accurate scoring feeds provided by reputable third party service providers.

We ensure that your all financial transactions are safe and secure. We committed to protect your personal information and don't store your credit/debit card details with us.

• Users who only above 18 years of age can play in the pay-to-play contests.
• A user creating more than one account on PrimeCaptain platform will be considered as violating the Fair Play Terms. PimeCaptain neither allows nor encourages any user to create more than one user account on PrimeCaptain.
• If a user is found submitting fake copies or someone else’s documents while registering with PrimeCaptain, the act will be considered as violating the Fair Play Terms of PrimeCaptain. PrimeCaptain has all rights to deactivate your account in such case.
• In case a user is found to be creating and using multiple accounts on a single device amid regular platform audits, then, the case shall be considered to violate Fair Play Terms and attract needed actions. As a part of the action, the withdrawal request of the user shall be put on hold.
