Refund Policy
- Prime Captain may just, in certain circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the user after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes.
- Refunds are processed to the same mode through which the deposits were made. It may take up to 24 working hours to process a withdrawal.
- The user acknowledges that subject to time taken for bank reconciliations and such other outside dependencies that Prime Captain has on 3rd parties, any transactions on Prime Captain Platform may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
- Prime Captain shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to participate in due to reasons external its affordable manipulate, including however not constrained to any failure to participate in due to unforeseen occasions or cause beyond Prime Captain control corresponding to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or army authorities, strikes, or shortages of transportation amenities, or any cancellation of any cricket/football/basketball/kabaddi match to which a Contest relates. In such circumstances, Prime Captain shall even be entitled to cancel any related Contest(s) and to the method an appropriate refund for all participants.
