In the 43rd T20 match of the Indian T20 league Phase 2, team Bangalore defeated Rajasthan by 7 wickets on 29th September. After losing the toss, team Rajasthan had to bat first; however, they could not convert their innings to a big score, and the entire team was restricted under 149/9 in 20 overs. The top-order batsman of team Bangalore performed exceptionally for the team and converted the innings to a great victory against Rajasthan. The top-order batsman Glenn Maxwell continued his great form for team Bangalore and hit a half-century, which was a great contribution to the victory. Maxwell scored 50 runs in just 30 balls, which includes six fours and a six. Apart from Glenn Maxwell, Srikar Bharat also contributed 44 runs, which he is scored in 35 balls, Bharat hit 3 fours and a six. Apart from both the batsman, the captain of the team, Bangalore Virat Kohli, scored 25 runs. Virat was looking so aggressive since the start of the innings; however, he was run out by Riyan Parag through a direct hit. Devdutt Padikkal from team Bangalore scored 22 runs. Harshal Patel again shined with his three wickets figure for team Bangalore.

Earlier after losing the toss, Rajasthan came out to the crease to bat first. They got a very good start; however, in the middle of words, the team was bogged down completely, and they ended up scoring 149 runs after losing 9 wickets. Ewin Lewis was a successful batsman from team Rajasthan, and he scored 58 runs in 37 balls, which included 5 fours and 3 sixes. Apart from Lewis, Yashasvi Jaiswal also scored 39 runs for the team. Yesterday was not the day of Captain Sanju Samson, as he could not score much for the team, and he got out after scoring 19 runs. Apart from Samson, Chris Morris could also not do anything special for the team, and he got out at the score of 14 runs. The rest of the batting order could not do enough and even not reach double digits. Mustafizur Rahman was the only bowler for team Rajasthan who got 2 wickets against Bangalore.
