Famous as the defending Champions team Mumbai has suffered a massive 7 wickets defeat against team Kolkata. After winning the toss, the captain of team Mumbai decided to bat first. However, they could not take advantage of the excellent start. The team got all out after scoring 155 runs with 6 wickets loss in 20 overs. In reply, Team Kolkata chased the target with a winning style, with 7 wickets in hand and the remaining 29 balls.

Mumbai vs Kolkata Innings
Captain of the team Mumbai Rohit Sharma and his opening pair Quinton de Kock have scored 78 runs in 9.2 overs, without any loss. Mumbai was looking for a strong position at that time, and everyone was presuming that Mumbai would reach 180 figures. Kolkata bowlers smashed Mumbai’s batting lineup
