Match Preview

-21 brings another game straight from Goa, where we will see Goa square off against NorthEast at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, Goa. This is going to be a good match as we will get to see two teams from extreme corners of the county’s first entry play against each other.

Goa, the holders of the winner’s defend are within the hunt for his or her win of the -21 season. They began the present campaign with a 2-2 draw towards former football champions Bengaluru. Goa made a spirited comeback to attract the sport after being down by two targets.

The Gaurs misplaced in a heart-wrenching method towards Mumbai City after a late penalty from Adam Le Fondre sealed the game.

NorthEast have four points from their opening two games and have been excellent. They showed great spirit to draw 2-2 against Kerala Blasters in their last game, after being 2-0 down. Goals from Kwesi Appiah and Idrissa Sylla gave NorthEast the point in that game.
